Pseudo Trunking In DMO and RMO
Slots can be shared to increase capacity consumption with transmissions either straight to handset or to repeater via pseudo-trunking, a Hytera patented method.
XPT
Using Hytera XPT (Extended Pseudo Trunking), which dynamically assigns channel resources without the need for a separate control channel, you can use scarce spectrum resources more effectively.

Voice Recording
Take notes during calls and transmissions for further study. Chargeable license, requires micro SD card and independent playback program.
Single Frequency Repeater
Use the repeater function on your PD982 radio to increase coverage throughout your site (chargeable licence).
Man Down
The man down feature, which is optional (only for the PD982G), will alert you if the radio has been tilted past a specific point. For instance, if the radio listener has fallen down, is unconscious, or is hurt, this might occur. After the user receives a warning, the alarm will go off.
Lone Worker
A radio timer is used by the lone worker feature to track inactivity. When the timer runs out, a warning is given; if no action is taken on that warning, the alarm is set off.
Emergency Mode
Identify the ID of the individual raising the alarm and raise an alarm with high priority to a base station or to other radios with the pre-programmed emergency mode. Also get alerts for emergencies.
GPS
Location-based services are optional (only for the PD982G), allowing for increased security and control.
