AIS rescueME MOB1 Man Overboard Beacon
The world's smallest personal locating AIS beacon is the AIS rescueME MOB1 Man Overboard Beacon with integrated DSC. The AIS Beacon Ocean Signal MOB1 links you to the vessel you were separated from as well as other nearby maritime traffic (up to 5 miles range dependent on conditions). Your own sailboat has the best chance of immediately rescuing you if you fall overboard. Your team must be notified of the problem as quickly as feasible, and you must maintain track of your whereabouts while the subject is investigated. Even in the calmest of waters, a visual glimpse of a man overboard can be lost in an instant.
Ocean Signal's rescueME MOB1 is the world's smallest AIS MOB device with integrated DSC. The MOB1 is compatible with even the smallest inflatable life jackets. When a life jacket is inflated, the MOB1 activates immediately and transmits the first signal within 15 seconds. The built-in strobe light guarantees optimal visibility in low-light settings. The MOB1 connects with both the vessel from which you were separated and other vessels in the vicinity (up to 5 miles range dependent on conditions).

Compatibility
The majority of contemporary AIS plotters and DSC VHF radios meet the MOB transmission standards. However, especially if you're working with older equipment, it's a good idea to double-check compatibility with the manufacturer. See the FAQs section below for further information. The user can set the MOB1 to enter the vessel's DSC MMSI number* by downloading the software at the URL below. The vessel's DSC number can be programmed many times.

Overnight & Next Day orders are prioritized and processes immediately. We make every effort to ship the package out the same day as you order. We recommend you have your order placed by 1:00PM EST to ensure same day processing. Please note that these estimates are for domestic orders only and may be subject to carrier delays.
- d. Shipping destinations: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. For a complete list of countries we ship to, please visit our website's shipping information page.
- e. International shipping: Customs, duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information.
Returns:
- a. Return eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- b. Return authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nexus.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- c. Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service and ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
